<description>Well done kfred!  The definition of SL is by no means settled!  I like what you&apos;ve suggested, though I wonder if benefiting EQUALLY can really happen...any thoughts?  The other piece that strikes me is that it is not only applying the learning that takes place in class to the real world, but applying learning that takes place in the real world to class...  subtle nuance perhaps, but there&apos;s a paradigm shift in the works on that one ;) </description>
